John Percival
Finance Director
John is our financial wizard with a soft spot for sandy shores. With years of experience in financial control and negotiation, he's the guy who keeps our ship afloat. When he's not crunching numbers, you'll find John soaking up the sun (and rain) at the British seaside, a place that's as close to his heart as the balance sheet.
Dr. Nik Sachlikidis
Managing Director of Aquaculture
With over 20 years of deep-sea expertise in aquaculture and fisheries, Nik has practically got gills! When he's not navigating the waters of sustainability strategy for Sustainable Food Enterprises, you'll find Nik casting lines and reeling in the big ones during his spare time.
Dr. Matthew Johnston
R&D Director
Meet Matt, our head-banging R&D Director with a passion for sustainable aquaculture. With his metal music pumping through the hatcheries, Matt brings over two decades of experience crafting eco-friendly nutrition solutions for our underwater friends. When he's not rocking out, you can catch Matt submerged in the latest feed development projects.
Charlene
Senior Scientific Officer

​Charlene is a marine biology master with a diploma in GHG MRV. Her career spans commercial aquaculture, government agencies, environmental consulting, and over 10 years in university research. At SFE, Charlene leads fisheries surveys, research, and Blue Carbon project development. When she's not at work, you'll find Charlene running through the stunning mountains of the BVI.
Shiv Saujani

Shiv is our data-driven dynamo with a passion for Muay Thai and raving. With a resume boasting experience from Accenture to UBS and Wells Fargo, he's the brains behind our commercial strategy.
